Axial load monitoring system for air suspension
Maximum simplicity and low price combined with modern weighing technologies make the AXISLOAD axial load monitoring system an indispensable tool for solving the main tasks related to weighing and tracking of materials transported on public roads. The AXISLOAD system is equally suitable both for preventing transport overload and for measuring the loads on each axis of the vehicle and its total load.
The system consists of sensors installed on each spring of all axes of the vehicle, an AXISLOAD control unit and an application installed on a smartphone. Since 2015, our company has been developing and producing software and hardware systems for various equipment, successfully operated at many enterprises. It is important to us that the systems are as reliable and durable as possible, with strict compliance with the declared metrological characteristics. In this regard, contactless inclinometer sensors were used in this system in order to exclude the mechanical effects of inevitable deformations of the metal of the vehicle main suspension units and the absence of their influence on the process and accuracy of measurements. The installation of the AXISLOAD axial load monitoring system does not entail any structural changes to the vehicle suspension, including no welding and locksmith work during the installation of sensors. Mounting of sensors is carried out by means of a special industrial adhesive base.
